Cancellation Policy

Sessions are to be paid for upfront and will be non refundable. If you cancel / reschedule your appointment within 48 hours, you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. If you cancel on the day of your appointment or do not show, you will be charged the full appointment fee. If you are more than 15mins late your session will be forfeited and is non refundable.
